Download a PS1 emulator (ePSXe or some other emulator.) You will also need to download PS1 bios. Use google to find these.

Use WinRAR or 7zip to unpack the 7z file. You will have a .BIN and .CUE file. Open the BIN file with the emulator.

Alternatively if you have a way to play ps1 backups on a PS1/2/3 then you can use a program (I prefer ImgBurn) to burn a copy of the game.

All we need is Resident Evil 3.5 and 4.5 (before they added Sheva to the picture).

just use google. linking them from here is against the rules.

Seriously, just google "ps1 bios" and "ps1 plugin pack" and use the first result of each search.

Place the bios files in the bios folder of epsxe and the plugins in the plugin folder.

I found that PSXFin works much better, it's a straight forward emulator and only requires the bios.

Unfortunately it's against the TOS (or at least it was, I haven't read that thing in a long ass time) to talk about specifics when it comes to the bios. As you're not technically legally supposed to have it UNLESS you own a PSX/PS1 but that aside...a simple google search will tell you the file name and where to find it.

You will also probably need a video plug-in for ePSXe, I had to get the Pete's GL thing or whatever...I can't even remember the name it's been so long.

What is a "True Fan"? One who can never be pleased with change, that disregards anything following the "classic games". Disgraceful fools.

Or like said above, the emulator "PSXFin" seems to work really well and only needs the bios, no plugins to deal with.

This is really interesting to mess around with, just wish it was more complete and didn't crash so much.

I have been reading up on this (still havent been able to play yet) apparently they are working on a 100% build. How crazy would it be if they actually completed the entire thing?
