I'll simplified the answer to the point he can answer it.

Yes, you can give the DLC code to your friend.

Yeah i got my copy today thanks for the info guys all worked out i gave the RE5 code to someone on my friends list that loves coop,Gave the RE5 DLC code to the friend iam playing coop with & lastly gave my RE4 code to a friend that never played it.

Thanks hope yo have fun killing meat bags in RE.
