Can't beat the 2nd boss!!! (The High Priestess) SO AGGRAVATING!!

I can get her health down to about 25% and then I die "platforming" from ledge to ledge....such a pain. And I was LOVING this game up until this point...I would HATE to miss the rest of it because I can't get by this boss.

Play it a couple of times and learn the patterns.

You shouldnt really lose any health until she destroys the ground. From there on, just learn the pattern that she appears in.

My advice: (when falling) learn where she will appear and beat her there. If you hit her quick enough, her black hand that destroys platforms will appear a lot less.

Also, if you make a mistake. Wait on a platform that you won't need to get to the other side of the area. Most of the time I died because I was on a low platform and she destroyed a higher platform that I needed to jump to. Also when she releases here high blue and red stream of energy, don't try and hit her. Just absorb the stream. Hit her when she goes back to appearing on different sides of the stage.

ugh, just wait for Mother of Eyes...it's making me question whether this game is just too hard/frustrating for me.

Mother of Eyes is easy to beat... wait until you get to Winged Serpent boss... took me a couple of hours to beat... cheap as hell

Maybe if you are an Ikaruga god or something?

I just got there a little while ago and it was quite mindblowing :D

Mother of Eyes was the only boss in the game that I beat the very first time I walked into the chamber. It felt more like a "puzzle boss" than an "action boss" more than any other boss in the game. I was disappointed with it after the intense High Priestess battle.

So easy is probably the word that I'd use, yes. Imo, the difficulty of the bosses in this game goes, from hardest to easiest: fourth, fifth, second, first, third.
