GILGAMESH.
More or less the same as Yuna. His ground Assist I find is superior to Yuna's Meteor Strike, since it tosses the foe a bit more upwards and less outwards. The 50% chance of Excalibur is awesome, and the 50% chance of Excalipoor isn't really all that bad, since you still have depletion and combo potential.
My new favorite for Warrior of Light.

Aerith assist doesn't seem to drain the opponent EX bar, and has no damage potential other than spam Cure on yourself for 400 Brave.

With that said, GILGAMESH gets my vote.

Aerith's a tech character, you don't go for damage or EX depletion with her but instead use the freeze to set up another attack, with no risk of her getting broken except in a few rare circumstances (like using Holy). So she's technically the best of them, from a competitive aspect.

But Gilgamesh has the highest damage potential of most assists with Excalibur. >_>;

So I figure these two will be the top two.

Aerial Shantotto brv is useless
Ground is a poor man's Aerith, and much worse

Her HP attacks are good... but so are a lot of other assist's HP attacks. IIRC, they don't even increase in level like if you were using her and had a lot of brave. So...

Seal Evil Chase Cancel shenanigans. :p

Tidus especially makes this annoying as he's probably the easiest to to chase cancel with Seal Evil.

.........You know... you should avoid biased questions by not leading to any answer...... But LOL I agree with this one. The only assist that is somewhat decent in this poll is Prishe and super situational Gilgamesh... But that's it.
