vgman94Posted 5/5/2012 2:31:24 PM | Dude, don't start, We don't know how many TTGL, Bayonetta and God of War fans are lurking around. Fans of other things in general seem to want to elevate their favorites to power levels far beyond what they actually are. Whether it's Kratos or Batman or whoever else who is unlikely to defeat stronger foes like James Heller, War or Death (Darksiders) or Asura. Asura can defeat a Creator God and be the size of a planet, but some people will still dispute. Even I have to say I wouldn't call him the strongest character ever (that's too close to call considering characters like Golden Superman and other characters), but he's certainly on the top tier of power in all fictional media. |
sshadow5002Posted 5/5/2012 3:15:35 PM | Angry Hulk is stronger herp derp.
In all seriousness though Asura is the strongest...in his Universe. whether he's the strongest fictional character can be subjective. --- A 2006 study concluded that 82% of people who don't know what they're talking about use false statistics. |

yamiYangPosted 5/5/2012 9:55:25 PM | In soul nomad and the world eaters, if you take the evil path the main character ends up devouring the entire universe. I'm guessing that would make him on par with Asura. Or maybe not. It's hard to compare characters from different universes. --- Chini tai ne? My 3DS FC: 1246-8789-4202 |

Bayonetta punched the soul out of the creator of her universe's physical body into the sun from beyond Pluto... Just throwing that out there. --- You gotta believe in the voltage that lives inside us. So let's buckle up and break our walls down. |
Gnosis_Guyver1Posted 5/6/2012 8:55:46 PM | That wasn't bayonetta that was Queen Sheba a demon she summoned thats not exactly her power --- Nothing is true everything is permitted. |
TentionPosted 5/6/2012 10:49:29 PM | ^^^ not to mention that final feat in Bayonetta, while impressive, still seems pretty tame when comparing it to the final events in Asura's Wrath. --- my game collection: http://www.gamespot.com/users/Tention/games_table?mode=own |
