Wiki doesnt say it, and I rather not go down to the blacksmith in catacombs just to check.

Green Shards, Red Chunks, Red Slab

green titanite shards until you need chunks, then red. you'll need the large flame ember in lost izalith to the left of the demon firesage room to enhance them higher than +5 though

Green Shards to +5, Red Chunks to get to +9, and a Slab for +10.

Keep in mind that you can reinforce Fire on your own, you only need Vamos to turn a standard weapon to Fire and get from +5 to +6.
