Do you think many things in this game will work similarily to Demon's Souls?

What I liked about Demon's Souls was that you can upgrade any stats and still be damn strong, so long as your weapon's power relied upon the stat you were upgrading. I think this allowed for more flexibility and options. You didn't necessarily have to excel in the "Strength" skill to be really strong. I hope the game retains that sort of thing.

Yeah but I didn't like the fact that upgrading strengh or dex had the same impact on physical damage, there's should be some difference (more critical for dex, more guard breaking for strengh etc). Same for magic damage between faith and magic.

Thats a good point, then it actually gives more reason for upgrading those particular things.

There was enough reason in Demon's Souls to upgrade each stat... You just had to choose which upgrade path, and fill some of the other stat to meet the requirements for ya weapons.

it will be more advanced. based on what was written in the interviews, stats will not only affect damage, but other factors such as weapon swing speed, spell effects, (and maybe) weapon reach, scaling guard break reduction and exclusive attack combos or moves. i'm not sure about critical strikes, as there should be no randomness in the game other than status effects and drops. you actually have to work for criticals; direct hits, ripostes, etc. DS was already a solid "combat simulator", but DkS promises to have more depth while maintaining the gameplay.
