Despite the previous post and all of it wonderful wisdom, according to this wikidot, it takes a +10 curved sword (like a scimitar) and her soul.

I can't confirm validity, i haven't made it for myself, but this should be a good first step.

not a problem. for questions like these, i recommend checking out the wikidot. It was a fantastic source for the first game, and it's currently under construction for this one, but theres still a lot of solid info (including scattered zone guides and boss strats). The weapons and armor developments are a little empty, give it time for more people to toy with that and im sure itll fill right up :)

Well, I can confirm about making it with a scimitar +10. It drops from the skeleton at firelink shrine, just in case :)

And I liek that sword a lot, fiery fiery fiery :)

I'm pretty sure you can also make it with an escot +10 too

Idk about an Estoc, but i doubt it. Estocs are piercing swords. Furysword is made purely from Curved last time i checked.

It does required Demon Titanite to upgrade though, and there is a limited amount per playthrough. Each piece is dropped by a Titanite Demon (the big purple guys that are missing one leg) or acquired from Sparkly the Crow. There might be some in Great Hollow or dropped by lizards, but there is still only a limited supply so be sure to save some if you're going for the sword. I used all mine on something else without even realizing this.
