Q: When Kingseeker Frampt offers to eat stuff in my inventory, the option to feed him _____ soul is there. Should I do it?
A:: Depends on the soul. The following souls should be fed to Frampt: Soul of a Lost Undead (500 souls for feeding to Frampt vs. 200 to consume yourself) Large Soul of a Lost Undead (500 vs. 400) Soul of Moonlight Butterfly (8000 vs 1200!) Soul of Quelaag (10000 vs 8000) Soul of Priscilla (15000 vs 12000) Soul of Gwyndolin (20000 vs 16000) Soul of Gwyn, Lord of Cinder (40000 vs 20000)
And to be more specific, you should consume the following: Generic souls: Soldier souls, Knight souls, Warrior Souls, Hero souls Core of an Iron Golem Soul of Dragon Slayer Ornstein Soul of Smough Soul of Sif
It goes without saying really, but never feed anything with Smough's name on it to Frampt. Frampt really doesn't like Smough.
Also, it's also pretty obvious that there are better uses for Boss Souls than to simply consume them. However, once you've reached NG+3, you've probably got nothing better to do with them, so eat away!
i finally made it to the rather large blacksmith in Anor Londo; and figured i would be able to hand over all the cool boss souls to him and he would grant me weapons of unimaginable power...um...no; that apparently how it works. Can someone help me out; i'd really like to obtain the Queelag's furysword (cuz i'm getting schooled by the silver knight guys). Thanx
