Dead souls sounds cool.

Maybe Dying Souls, lorewise you take over from Gywn but even you as the chosen undead can't keep the flame alive for long?
And the player of the next game actual meets the Chosen Undead and they ask him/her to embark on some kind of noble quest

Highly unlikely Dead Souls as a spin off Yakuza game already has that name.

King's Souls would be a nice nod towards King's Field. Although I don't know why a king would have many souls..

Potato Souls sounded cool too :P

As does the Nikolai Gogol novel. We certainly wouldn't want to confuse the Russian (well, Ukrainian) literature loving Souls fans.
