Can't get Broken Pendant! =[

I don't think you can fire up any old character post-lord vessel and be able to play it, though, admittedly I'm not entirely sure on that. It's just something I've read several times. I started a new character just to play through the game again and the DLC and had no trouble accessing it. I could try loading one of my older characters and trying to get the Pendant a little later today to make sure.


Don't need to be on a fresh character. All my 3 characters were already at the Kiln before the DLC patch and all of them were able to get to the Duke's Archives, kill the Golem and get the Pendant.

yes i guess that everyone that has this issue has the same problem....

Having a BLAS 50387 dark souls disk R3, while the PSN asia store sells a DLC that only works for BLAS 50397 disk....

I've already emailed them to ask for a refund, waiting for reply.

Nahh they won't even bother...

I've already emailed them few days ago, still no reply from them.

Stupid company, making us go through all this problem just for a dlc that WE paid for... pfftt

I don't know 'bout you guys but I'm lost faith in bamco/fromsoftware

what email did you send it to?
i'll send it too just to make sure that they know they are more people affected by this problem.
better than doing nothing i guess.

so it means we got screwed out of our money...

Guys, PSN Asia really screw us up for our money. They did not put this notification while they first released the DLC last week.

Mine is BLAS 50387 and considering this DLC only got 3 stars rating on Asia Store, I bet lots of those raters are having 50387 region 3 as well.

I strongly suggest we ALL send rage message to PSN Asia: https://www.facebook.com/PlayStationAsia and complain about this.

They should hear from us, guys!

they emailed me back today asking for the transaction number, replied them and waiting for thier answer now.

i think you guys should email them too.

I've just sent email to support describing this issue and my transaction number, and now also waiting for their response.
