I can get my way in pvp more often than not but this spell leaves me scratching my head. At first I tried evasion and that simply didnt work. The little beasts will do a complete 180 to track me. I then tried blocking it with the stone shield. You know... the round mossy one.
I though 80% would be enough but it isnt. I am currently working a build to wield the havel shield just for this (not that the havel is bad) but im worried it too may not be enough.

Roll through or jog away from them. --- PSN: WATAUGACJ, DomhnallOfZena
Las time I rolled it didnt end well. So it can be done? Just a matter of timing?

Dwgr makes it a lot easier too. --- PSN: WATAUGACJ, DomhnallOfZena

If you were using Stone Great Shield, chances are you were mid-rolling like a slug all over the place.
If you don't have the confidence to roll toward them, do this: Fast-roll left. Wait for the black orbs to be on your right. Fast-roll right. You will avoid them, I guarantee. Just be careful of incoming anal beads.
If you are still screwing it, just equip DWGR. Problem solved.

Unlock sprint in opposite direction intermingled with flipping until its duration runs out.
Use the scenery to absorb the projectiles (Pursuers will disappear the second they touch anything).
