why is that? It houses 2 really good items and the atmosphere is so thick that you would need Bruce Willis with a Katana to cut through it

Ever since the DWGR made people disdain anything ninja related, upper Blight Town only really carries Power Within for most characters. A few might go for the Iaito. Anything else can be gotten easily from the Valley of Drakes entrance, where it is only a few hops, skips, and drops to the elevator platforms.
