Play Demon's. If anything, It'll warm you up for Dark. --- Old PSN: SMF546 ; New PSN: PassedSMF Rest in Peace MGO2 2008-2012

Go through Demon's Souls first and then dive into Dark Souls. You will appreciated them both for what they bring to the table during their release period. --- Effort gives confident in oneself as Pride does not equal ability. ~DemonSoulLoki

Demon's; it's better / simpler in ways, and a lot shorter. --- Chikubi ga itai. Hontou ni- Mattaku kayuku itai. Bakuzen to aamondo to niru...

Play Demon's first. Dark will, in a sense, ruin Demon's for you if you don't imo. --- Feel the flow of battle!

If you start with Demon's, make full use of roll attacks, delayed roll attacks, very large swords, and great axes. Then see how they've changed in Dark.

Demons is a tighter, more controlled game. There are fewer opportunities to stockpile good gear earlier on and fewer opportunities to seek the most "do-able" area. As a result, it ends up feeling much, much more difficult. Even as a Dark Souls veteran, I'm afraid to revisit Demons' Souls. As such, for the horror of the experience, I would suggest playing Demons first.
