Felt like starting a new build tonight, something new I haven't done before.

Anyways, what stats should I be investing in, armor, beginning weapons, etc.
Is it viable as a PVP and PVE weapon?

Well INT for starters ;)

Pick your favorite weapon and make it enchanted asap (get the ember from the forest, and farm chunks from the crystal golems in the basin). There you got a good start...

Drake sword to start, obviously. Claymore (fire, magic, enchanted, whatever) until MGS.

You can get an enchanted +4 weapon as soon as you get to Lordran without clearing any areas.

1. Start with Master Key.
2. Find a weapon you like.
3. Upgrade it to magic +5 via the blacksmith in New Londo Ruins.
4. Get the enchanted ember in Darkroot Garden and give it to the blacksmith in New Londo Ruins.
5. Upgrade your magic +5 weapon to enchanted +4.

Green Titanite Shards can be farmed in lower Blighttown.
Blue Titanite Chunks can be farmed from Crystal Golems in Darkroot Basin.
