I havent faced that Persuers thing but boy does it sound annoying! --- Video games always break the fourth wall, theyre like 'Snake, push the SELECT button!' and Snakes probably like 'What the f***!?' -lordofultima
And even though I use a couple of those spells if my build allows for it, I still hate facing all of them at some stage. Lag/phantom hits create stupid inconsistencies that make me annoy all spells at some stage.
That dodged Combustion that doesn't 'hit' til after you roll.
That moment you dodge to the side of a pursuers then back through them and take damage anyway because they 'hit' after the roll for your enemy.

For me it has to be GC/Black Flame, since a ninja flipper or even fast roller can get in, blast you, and roll away without taking damage. Everything else I have at least some form of counter for, but that's the one thing that can consistently kill me if they play it right.

Black flame. It should just be good at breaking guards, yet it hits really hard. Just stupid.
I rarely see pursuers or Dark Bead now and really have no difficulty with them anyways (unless they do pursuers>crystal soul spear, since I fat-roll, and it appears to be impossible to dodge both with that roll)
