has your ip address changed recently(ipconfig just to check) did you open up the port(search port forwarding on google)

ummm, no my ip hasnt changed, and i just dont get port forwarding...

"Failed to bind to port" means something's running that's using that port. Check to make sure you don't have the server already running.

nope, the net asnt the problem, i entered my ip address into the server true and false thing, and it made it mess up.

so i cant set the ip address now! it makes the port mess up

If you don't understand port forwarding, you probably haven't realized your IP changed. It isn't a set IP forever, it changes occasionally. My router allows me to select my computer and it automatically puts in the IP for it, and I just type in the port number I want to open. It's not difficult if your can figure out your router.
