Short answer...No

Someone even thought about doing the reverse :
To prevent strigoi attacks, punch your cat in the face.

Short Answer: NO -- Potential issues involved with storage.

Long Answer: It's possible, but major headaches would be involved making it highly unlikely for anyone to actually do it.

Right now, the XBLA version (running PC equivalence of 1.8.2 Beta) is running on the McRegion system, if I'm not mistaken.

The current PC version (1.3.2, soon to be 1.4) is running on the Anvil system (included in 1.2).

While the PC version does include converters to change the world from the McRegion to Anvil system, there's bound to be some "transitional pains" involved as well... unless you actually have 1.8.2 Beta installed on your PC instead (which is a manual deal) to stay with the same storage format.

There might be some proprietary data / code in the XBLA version that might cause problems for the PC version & vice versa, so you have to watch out that as well.

I hope this sheds some light on transferring worlds between XBLA & PC versions.

You're probably better off rebuilding your world in creative, and spawning the loot for all your chests, then changing it back to survival (enable cheatmode or use mods, your choice).
This is minecraft. Why would u want 2 deal with uneven terrain? If you don't like the lay of the land, you punch it until it shapes the f*** up. l33t_ninj4_1337
