You know, there is a possibility that IGN gave it a fair review, you don't have to always assume everyone got paid to give it a certain score.
Aside from that, I totally understand why there's no party chat. I wish there wasn't any party chat in Skyrim either. Some games simply want you to experience them a certain way, a way the developer has in mind, and FROM doesn't want people in this dark depressing world talking with their friends telling jokes, talking about loot or about how one of them just chansaw'd some fool on GoW III.
If they wanted me to have an experience they control they should have made a movie. --- "Get a life! What? I'm a gamer, I have tons of lives."

TreGooda (Topic Creator) Posted 10/1/2011 8:46:16 AM | Also, if you want to know the truth, I talked Demon Souls up to so many people that don't have a PS3. Convinced many people to give Dark Souls a try and how it was going to be the game of the year, then they take party chat away, I'll never convince these people to buy it now. I was just really disappointed when I heard that's the direction they took.
They really just took the gem out of my donut. --- "Get a life! What? I'm a gamer, I have tons of lives."

This only proves that you have no interest in the how the medium works, nor do you know how to make an analogy.
You can talk during a movie no problem. Actually, you can talk during a movie on your xbox in party chat.
But hey, it's not my concern if you want to troll or be near-sighted, it's your opinion, and some are glad you shared it. --- Get busy livin' or get busy diein'. |

I understand that leaving party chat alone wouldn't have had an effect on your experience. I'll be surprised if it's not added in the future after the release and the 4 million complaints that will ensue.
