i forgot to buy iron flesh

So that pyromancer I found in the debts noticed my fancy new great chaos fireball and left for what I assumed was the chaos servant covenant but when I went over there after I realized I forgot to buy ironflesh I went down but he wasn't there

TL;DR Version

The pyromancer isnt at firelink, where is he?
So where is he? Or where else can I buy ironflesh?

He's in Blighttown now. You can try asking him nicely if you can buy iron flesh still, but I have a feeling he will say "no".
