Best stability shield for 16 strength?

#1RitalinfiendPosted 2/6/2013 7:23:53 PM
I have a fully upgraded eagle shield with 84 stability that rocks but I'm a little annoyed by the 95% damage reduction. Is there a shield with similar stability when upgraded that blocks 100% that can be used with 16 strength?

You can also equip the Silver Knight Shield. Has 100% physical block and at +5 it has 76 stability with the option to parry.

Heater is probably your lightest option at 68 Stability and 2 weight.

The others start pushing weight really high.

Looks like the silver shield when fully upgraded has 76 stability and higher magic resist then the balder shield. Are there any other benefits to the balder shield?

Upgrades with Titantie rather than Twinkling Titanite, and you can find one earlier in the game. Otherwise, not really, no.

Yeah, I'm that idiot with the stupid signature. Fat-roll Kirk is the only true build.

The fact that it levels up with Twinkling is a pro, not a con. Twinkling is easy to acquire, and the shield can reach maximum potential without wasting a Slab.

But Black Knight shield is another option. 74 stability and 95 fire resistance, great for certain areas and bosses of the game.
