True, but there are guys who simply use the ?PN? armor as a crutch who may wear modded armor, but lack the ability to mod their stats themselves.

God damn.

The more I mess with this stuff and the more I understand about it, the more I realize how widespread this stuff actually is. I think Shammgod put it best when he said: "This crap might as well be the new DLC armor" because of how often it's encountered.
