This is just the way the GFaqs board has been going lately. Certain people look for any conflict that they can find, and derail entire threads. It's really no wonder why things have been slowing down lately. Frankly, I'm getting sick of it. What happened to the "community" feel? I myself made a Cornell build after finally finishing Legacy of Darkness, and I think it's fairly accurate gameplay wise. Problem is nothing at all matches his costume, so I just threw together a ragged looking setup to make it functional. I have an idea for a look based on his alt. costume, but in my mind it looks like ass so I probably won't use it.

Would you use claws for the Right and Left hand? As for the look I would use either Hollow Warrior Armor, Dingy Robe, or Shadow Garb for the Chest and Heavy Boots or Black Leather Boots for the legs. As for his wolf form that's kinda tricky maybe Ornstein's Helmet, Armor of thorns, Dark Gauntlets, and Black Leather Boots? |
I_Dont_AgreePosted 2/10/2013 7:11:00 PM | He's an INT build, so dual Enchanted Claws. 6 ATT slots each filled with (Crystal) Soul Spears to replicate (rather effectively) his energy bolts. Power Within is used very rarely as a rage mode, or something like that.
Ornstein's helmet is used when weight allows and, at least to me, it looks a lot more like a wolf head then a lion head, so it fits pretty well. Was going to use Dragon Head Stone for a more organic look, but didn't feel right.
Currently his outfit is Hollow Thief Leather Armor (to give him a torn/ ragged/ feral look) and the Elite Knight Gauntlets and Black Iron Leggings just for armor optimization.
I've tried most clothing setups, but there just isn't a way to replicate either one of his costumes. I have the hair, the claws, and the werewolf head, but sadly there aren't any form-fitting, purple leather body suits. =P
So spiritually, he is Cornell, but for the most part doesn't really look like him. Which is fine because I personally think his original outfit looks stupid.
