does leaving a covenant in and of itself give you sin? i want to make a pure of sin darkmoon, but i wanted to join a few covenants first. please let me know what i can do to keep my future dark moon free of sin.

I have a darkmoon, never been invaded by a darkmoon. lol

but yet I picked up the gravelord spells and the lightning spells.

so long story short no, i don't think it does.

I don't think Darkmoon can get invaded by other Darkmoons, at least I have never been.

i read on the wiki that u can still be invaded as a darkmoom by other darkmoons if u have sin.

Yes you can still be invaded by Darkmoons if you're one too. It goes by sin, not covenant allegiance.

But the sin garnered by leaving a covenant can easily be resolved by Oswald.

So have your cake and eat it too TC!

you can, and sins from the prior game need to be absolved if you want to be taken off the sin-o-meter.

I'm on NG++++ and I've been invaded by Darkmoons a lot, despite also being one and not having sins in the current playthrough.

Leaving the Covenant through Oswald does not count as a sin.
