You can still shoot for second place in your division, and then you'll get a final matchup against the person in first place (and if you win, you can continue on). There's still hope!
If I recall, Curator is at 4, Don is at 2 (?), and you are at 1. If you get 2 against centipede then you'll have 3, putting you in second supposing that Don doesn't get 2 points against Centipede, and that Centipede doesn't get more than three points total. If it happens that you and someone else both end up with three points, there will be a tie-breaker round.
So really the best you can do is go for a 2-0 against centipede so that he has a harder time hitting 3 points. Other than that, it's a waiting game.
