playing as the hunter, on level 2 and cannot beat it at all and it's not "your not good enough" it's that its wicked hard even on easy I don't know if i just need to be a high level or what.
The way to play this game, at least when starting out:
-Make a tower character.
-Make a dps character.
-Build towers with the tower character during the build phase.
-Switch to dps character for combat phase and DPS the enemies/upgrade/repair the towers.
-Switch back to the tower character for the next build phase.
-Keep doing this until you have sufficient defenses to stay on DPS all the time.
it's hard at first when you have no idea what you're doing. squire is a good starting choice, his spike blockades are rather effective for what they cost.
You just lost the game.
I had the same problem when I started out with a Huntress. I figured the traps would be fun (thinking she had traps that held the enemy in place, or something similar) and somewhat easy since she is ranged... Oh how wrong I was.
I eventually went back and made an Apprentice so I could build a solid defense. It wasn't until I was around level 60 or so that I found out you could switch between different characters between waves.
So, like it was already suggested, start with a solid tower character (Apprentice or Squire), build some defenses (towers or blockades - your choice) and then switch back to your Huntress to mop up the remaining enemies. Or just stick with your tower character and build him up high so you can power level your dps class later. It's really up to you how you want to play, but this game does revolve around tower defense, so you are pretty much stuck with making a tower character first if you want to play by yourself.
