you know that white and brown gun/sword npcs like sakuya and lindow have

im sure its just a placeholder but can you actually craft it?

This is only obtainable through Cheat Code or Hacking your Savegame.
Go troll somewhere else.

While you can't make yourself look like the NPC, you CAN craft carbon copies of their equipments. I think certain ones unlock at different times though. A majority of them get unlocked once you finish story mission #45.(?)
