Where the eff do you sign up for the beta...been looking cant find it anywhere.

It's still invite only, but you can fill out the survey here: http://blog.dota2.com/2011/10/the-sleeping-dragon-wakes/

To get a chance of receiving a beta key. I believe they are sending out invites every few days, and everyone who receives an invite gets two more to send out to their friends. You're just gonna have to hope for the best or wait until open beta, unfortunately
