For LoL they have solomid.net and stuff

I cant find a good site for Dota2.

Get better, watch other players, spectate, watch videos, use your brains, recommended items.

Adapt to the situation. If enemy teaming is nuking you with spells buy bkb, and hp items. Adapting to your enemy is key.

100% of heroes need Tangos.

99% of heroes need Magic Wand.

98% of heroes need Town Portal Scroll.

90% of heroes (at least that I use) need Power Treads.

IMO, Magic Wand isn't that good. People say it's imba if you know how to use it but seriously, how can you use it so that it's imbalanced? I'd rather put that money into some actual sustainable regeneration or a bottle.

Oh and there's http://www.dotafire.com I looked through a few just to get a general outline but you should really create your own play style. You can't just copy someone elses and expect to be good.
