SS usually does a nice job on nature's prophet The old venge > enigma Id say shadow puppy > any right click hero AA > any healing line up (some rely on chen heavy heals) dark seer > any right click team (I think it is impossible to die to an ursa with DS) medusa does well vs any illusion / summoned unit hero.
I wouldn't really say any of those listed counter invoker...maybe silencer but he kinda counters anyone that needs to do multiple spells or ones that cost a lot (not sure if invoke counts as a spell to take off curse?). TA just does well in middle vs most people.

Are you sure you are getting things right? TA need Damage Over Time(DoT) to be taken down, anyone with that like Venomancer, QoP even Dark seer's ion shell can kill TA.
Ursa's skill relies on him to deal massive damage in that 6 instance of Overpower, I think that TA shield can easily block all 6 of that and proceed to kill Ursa.
Sniper counters Drow ? you aren't even making any sense here.
Ursa's Fury Swipe removes TA's shield, he still would have Overpower active even if his fury swipes is in CT. TA cannot kill Ursa quickly enough before his second Swipe recharges and without any shield, TA is now dead.
Drow's ganks are based on her Frost Arrow and Silence. None of which is useful when going against Sniper especially since Sniper can mini-stun Drow with each shot and he doesn't waste any shot trying to get close to Drow.
