Shoot Many Robots

Hey all I was wondering has anyone figured out how to farm for gear or another fast way to get them?

The not to hidden crates gives you items. Most levels have two floors/levels in them. Try passing each level, once just on the first and once on the second floor to get all items. I say once each way because doing upper an lower in the same level play through has a very high death factor. Dying is bad for a few reasons. One, when you die you start at the checkpoint and will not be able to go back and get past crates. secondly, it's really bad when your trying to do it in one, all that work wasted. I play with my son. The first play through he takes the top, and I the bottom; the next one we switch off.
