Hi, I've tried the password for Himura Battousai, he unlocks but he isnt permanently unlocked. Also, I've used Shinsengumi Saito and defeated 126 opponents in Infinite Asura mode, I lost and I think it says S.Saito was unlocked but when I checked Story Mode, he wasnt available. What gives?
