slk_23Posted 5/6/2012 5:35:50 PM | It's fantastic hand destruction, and their effects stack if you have multiple copies of the card activated on the field. Yet I seem to be the only one who uses them. Are they simply antiquated, or is there a really easy way to get rid of them that I'm not aware of? --- http://i.imgur.com/5ldCA.gif |
Lunar_SoulPosted 5/6/2012 5:51:22 PM | MST, Heavy Storm. Both commonly used.
Plus, it takes up too much backrow to be worth it, and there's plenty of Decks that can actually use it to their advantage. --- "If history is to change, let it change! If the world is to be destroyed, so be it! If my fate is to die, I must simply laugh!" |

wongermanPosted 5/6/2012 7:34:41 PM | TC makes a valid opinion that I also support. Any deck that can deal out consistent, quick, easy battle damage completely cripples the opponent with this card. |
1qaqa1Posted 5/6/2012 7:52:51 PM | Hornet food

wongermanPosted 5/6/2012 7:56:14 PM | so the topic is over because hornet destroys it? Then what is the point of running DPrison? Torrential Tribute? You're bad kid.

TheFlipSidePosted 5/6/2012 8:08:16 PM | i run it i 3x in my saber deck. no one EVER sees it comming and it just makes gottoms and airbellum that much better and my opponent is usually left with no cards and just top-decking.
true it's weak to MST, Heavy, Hornet..... blah blah blah.... this list goes on and on. but so is Solemn Warning and people still use it. plus even if you only take out one card it still ends up as a +/- 0 which is still not all that bad.
unfortunately dark world just loves to see this card but that's a whole other story... --- My role in life is to expose the flip side to everything. every coin has two sides and i find my purpose in life is to show each side to all who'll listen. |
KrazymagePosted 5/6/2012 8:58:57 PM | Dark World. With that deck so prominent in the meta, nobody wants to risk using it on them. Of course, you could side it, but it'd be a free first round to them if you use it. --- You know those baboons are dead right Krazy?- Townshend27 You is a cool guy, you read my sig and doesnt afraid of anything. |
wongermanPosted 5/6/2012 9:25:44 PM | Dark Worlds do pose a problem.... Well then i have to say it would be a side-able option...or in any suitable deck when you know which deck your opponent runs. So for fun or locals :p |
