FYI: yes, it is.

The command is:

player.setav.shoutrecoverymult [value]

1 = 100% recovery time. 0.5 = 50% recovery time. 0 = no recovery time between shouts.

Sorry, I didn't realize that I was posting on the 360 board. I thought I was in the PC section. My bad.

And, no, I don't "use the 360 board because it has more people". I must have misclicked, simply. I'm firmly against console versions of TES games.
