I'm looking for hoods like the adept, novice hoods except unenchanted.

Yes, there are unenchanted hoods and cowls. --- I'm not sure which aspect of getting older hits me harder ... finding out that someone my age has died, or finding out that someone my age is a grandparent.

Go to Radiant Raiment in Solitude, they have every imaginable piece of clothing, unenchanted hoods included. --- Someone stole your sweetroll? Call 1800-LET-ME-GUESS GT: aRogueLawnmower

I think I saw one, but then again I can't be certain. There's Cowls that look decent enough, and a Hat that looks just like the Cowl.
But they're all the same color. Oblivion had more variety (all black, black with the green inside, all red).

I've seen loads of them... --- http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/soldier/Len%20lfc/stats/179515709/xbox/ GT: Len lfc
I got accosted by a random thief in the wilderness somewhere who had an unenchanted "Mage Hood" that looked exactly like the Novice Hood; but other than that the only unenchanted hood I've seen so far is the rather vomit-colored one for sale at Radiant Raiment. I too have been looking for unenchanted hoods to pair with my heavy armor for my battlemage, but so far I'm unimpressed.

Yep, Radiant Raiment has loads of them.
On a related note: where can I find unenchanted mage robes? Do they even exist? Bc theyre definitely not at Radiant Raiment. --- Caution: The above post may contain opinions and/or sarcasm.

They're around. Look in wardrobes in peoples houses.
