Where is the red wave safe?

So I got onto the boat and stole the key from one of the females in the bottom level. My question is, where is the safe?

PS: I'm not on a quest, I just came across the boat and robbed it

if you pickpocked Sabine, her Footlocker is hidden beneath the dock leading to the Red Wave.
You get some Balmora Blue which is a quest item for the thieves guild

Lol, you robbed a pirate ship and ironically it is still a crime >.<
