Does this game have VATS like Fallout does? And can you Aim Down Sights? If not its a huge stepback and I probably won't get it. Its one thing to copy Fallout, but then to strip things out of it? That's just lazy.

You were close, but actually Fallout 3 is just Elder Scrolls with guns and VATS.

Not saying thats bad, I love both games. But Oblivion, even Morrowind came before Fallout 3. But I'm assuming you've only played Fallout 3 thus far, so yes, you are correct.

No one answered, does this game have VATS and Aim Down Sights? Would be a shame if they took that mechanic out from fallout for this game.

Actually, this game came first that Fallout, so its all the way around.
