I sure as hell do it will be loads of fun to slice of someones arm and watch them attack u with just the 1 they have left and also maybe like in fallout u can have broken bones so u limp and cant hold weopons, it would also be cool if u get to a point in your health bar where yours arms been crushed by a warhammer u manage to kill the guy then his buddy cmes along and slices your arm off with his claymore, then like to get it back u can perform spells steal some1 elses or go to the mages guild to grow it back?
Also the dismemberment would work well with the new game mechanic i'm sure every1 wants of hitting some1s head does extra damage i mean cmon how can a high elf mage still run at u with a dagger while he has 5 arrows in his skull no freaken way.
