Powerful spells would be nice and it couldnt hurt to actually tweak the spell system from Oblivion a bit

You should be able to charge ones like fireball and then you can either send it as a projectile OR use it as an area instead of having to have two different spells.

I have, good sir, and I prefer Oblivion. But, just to please you, yes I got the idea from those games and I liked it because it was faster than pausing the game, going into the spells menu, scrolling down and selecting area.

No charging or cooldowns in TES ever please. I do want area spells though.

they had cooldowns for certain spells in Oblivion, the cooldown time was 24 hours IIRC and i think one of those spells was for a Kajhit --- If you want realism, go jump off a building, and tell me if you respawn or not. - andrewsky_66
