I would ike to see Morrowind as possible DLC. In Oblivion you heard npc's discussing problems in the eastern province. Morrowind? would be F'n awesome.

In Oblivion there were conversations about all the provinces, and all of them concerned the troubles they were having. Back then people expcted that border areas oc cyrodiil would open up so you could visit these provinces (a little).

Didnt happen, and I dont expect it to happen now. However the problems mentioned in Oblivion concerned House Rederon. And it just so happens that the western part of Morrowind that shares a border with Skyrim is controlled by House Rederon.

I could hardly imagine the amazing amount of work it would take to make Morrowind compatible with the new engine. Unlike something like Minecraft, (or even some of the Oblivion tricks) those folks designed every square inch of that land.

Yep. They'd have to charge that amount to ensure they recoup the costs. Perhaps put an entire team on it.

Everyone would stop asking for another visit to Morrowind if they knew what happened to it. I for one don't really have a desire to return.

I would ike to see Morrowind

Not now at least. I mean, we've already visited the fiery planes of Oblivion once. The ministry of truth finished its descent into Vivec, crushing it, which caused Red Mountain to be active again which, in turn, caused Morrowind to be covered in lava. The remaining Dunmer were pushed back into Solstheim by the Argonians apparently. Doesn't sound like such a great place anymore.

Really? Where does this come from? I've sincerely never heard anything about this in Oblivion; would you mind explaining?

It's apparently all explained in that "The Infernal City" book (which I can't believe is being considered canon, but some of that was bound to happen anyways).

The Ministry of Truth was bound to fall at some point anyways. Vivec only "paused" the moon's descent into his city and if people lost faith in him, then the descent would resume and destroy the city. That was explained in one of Vivec's sermons I think.
