I know the Game Informer scans could show up any minute now, but bare with me.

When Oblivion was in development, I used to frequent this site to see what the game was going to look like. In the end there were a lot of similarities.

Just a educated guess, but I would assume that Bethesda is using the SpeedTree tool for Skyrim. If so, this might just give us an idea of what wandering through Skyrim might be like.

Sort of. I am no expert, I believe it's the software tool that is integrated into the engine, like HAVOK would be.

They basically use it to do all the landscaping for the game.

hmm found something interesting...if you watch the video of the model library on the speedtree site most of the models are trees but out of nowhere one of the models is A DRAGON.

coincidence?
