Wouldn't mind them being a little longer (I occasionally get distracted when the sun is moving too visibly through the sky), but I'd say a game day should be an hour at most.

But that only gives you a half an hour to do anything during the day and 45 minutes of each night people will be sleeping... you can't get **** done like that. At least that's how I feel about it.

*15 minutes sleeping... sorry. And on that note you only have 15 minutes a night to steal things if you happen to be a thief at night.
