I have a pretty sad phobia of mice and rats, and this reminds me of when I was playing morrowind there was a GIANT rat that no one else seemed to of experienced in the northeast corner of the game around the grassy landmass. At first I thought it was closer then it appeared, but the thing was as big as one of those strange dog monsters in morrowind so was farther away. As it approached me its size scared the heck out of me!

No one believes me when I say I encountered a giant rat in morrowind :( And I hate them so much I could never forget it!

Seems you might be both at the same time. Why don't you go check and see where your own head is, remove it from that orifice, and then we'll talk.

I hate ants in Fallout so I can definitely agree with you on the spider. Even Spider Daedra that looks like The Contesa from Sly 2 freak me out when they get up in my face on Oblivion.

I will scream if i encounter at any given place, time, or some other demension... Mudguards.
