I'm going to be playing Dragon Age and Black Ops. Unless I break another Black Ops disc in a fit of rage. In which case I'll happily play Dragon Age.

That's really the point isn't it? There is no point.
It's more for just creating whatever you please, while at the same time providing a challenge to you that some builder games lack.
I actually like it without a clear purpose because I'm actually kind of sick of games that force a certain goal on you when I just want to play how I want to rather being told how to.
Almost forgot, there also a bit of showing off to others what you create in it and supposedly some folks have used this to make maps that are essentially games and stories in themselves. --- On my unofficial ES fan scale, I'm a 6.

My sister plays it but I never played it.
I know you build and stuff, but like what is the point? Or your objective.
I know its in a beta or whatever so I guess there might not really be one yet.
(other than just messing around)
I guess I could "simply google it", but I don't care that much and you already mentioned it...so just slightly wondering.
I have a couple Minecraft videos on my YouTube channel. It SHOULD be in my sig. If you're interested, check 'em out. --- Youtube: youtube.com/dethcloxy I have some "Let's Play"s up and much more! GamerTag: Python2k10

From what I've seen, anything I want would probably first involve building some fortress, but then involve trapping, messing with, and torturing the wildlife/zombies/spiders by trying to drown them, make them fall into pits, or whatever actually worked.
That reminds me of one time in command and conquer when I built walls into the enemy base around their hand of nod and made a path from it that went thru tiberium in a twisting maze of maximum length so they would die before getting to me.
And drowning stuff in ES. So yeah that's the kind of stuff I'd probly be doing. --- http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/569088-dragonworld Dragonworld - The Unofficial Elder Scrolls Social and Roleplay Board
