Imperial Racial Ability?

Asteroide Posted 11/12/2011 9:03:21 AM	I was fighting a Vampire Master and used it and he stopped in the middle of the fight, sheathed his sword, and started babbling at me. Not sure exactly how long it lasts, but it was long enough for me to sneak behind him and stab him in the back. The power says it lasts 60 seconds. --- GT/PSN - McSmashstuff
