The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Who lvl Destruction school to 100 and gain the quest "Power of the Elements" from student in college. Where should i go?

1- start walking west from dawnstar for about 30 sec and you should see a ruins icon to the south.
2- walk south from riverwood for about a minute and then turn to the east (big mountain) and you should see another ruins icon on the compass.
3- have not found it yet.

3- Four Skull Lookout , south of Karthwasten (not too far)

Afterwards I suggest you go to the mage school and pick up the last two elemental spells, blizzard is my favorite spell :D
