How do you find the Redguard woman in Whiterun?

There's no quest marker or anything to point it out, so I'm wondering just how in the hell do I find her? Do I have to ask around town or something, or do I have to talk to every Redguard woman in town? Can someone please help me with this? I think the quest is called, "In My Time of Need".

I found her by accident as a worker at the inn; She actually approached me herself.
