Any items in Skyrim with water breathing? Like the Fin Gleam or whatever?

Their is a mask I got from a Dragon Priest at Volskygge that has water breathing but I dont know if it was random or not.

There is also an amulet with the waterbreathing effect. I pickpocketed it from a woman in Whiterun, I believe. Also don't know if it's random or not.

Saw my friend get a water breathing ring from the barrows with the golden claw door, definitely random loot, I got a restoration circlet from that chest.

I wish there was a breath meter...if there is one, I'm not seeing it when I swim...I don't like guessing if I'm going to drown or not.

There is a mask named Volsung, it gives you 20% better prices, allows you to carry 20 more points of weight and gives you water breathing. You also get the dragon word Whirlwind there. The entrance is called Volskygge and it's in the mountain range about 4 inches south of Northwatch keep and 6 inches east of Mor Khazgur on the world map.
