Nirn, the world in which all Elder Scrolls games takes place, has always had two moons. A large red moon and smaller white moon. Can't remember their names, though.

Agreed. Me and my friends love just looking up at the sky in these games. Skyrim's is especially nice when there's an aurora borealis.

And yeah, there are two moons circling the planet Nirn. Masser is the red one, Secunda is the white one. One of the in-game books (The Lunar Lorkhan) talks about the peoples' theories of the moons.

Both are really nice. When I think about games with the best looking sky I think of Elder Scrolls and Red Dead.

The aurora in Skyrim is beautiful. I always take a minute or two to watch it when it happens. I think it happens once a week in game time.

at leased Nirn is a unique name and they didn't just be lazy and go with Gaia or Terra or something.
