Insightful and Corpus Enchanter don't do anything?

I was making some pickpocket gear, to get my steal on, and I noticed that there's no difference between enchanting + Pickpocket and + Sneak to a shirt or gloves then there is to hide armour. Repeated on Jewellery (in case the game counts clothes as armour for some reason) and still the same value. Same with Health / Stamina enchants.

Does anyone have them actually make a difference in their game? I don't really care if they're bugged and don't work, I'd pay 3 perks for just Extra Effect, but I am curious if it works in other peoples games.

What exactly do you think is wrong with the sentence structure of my OP?

after reading it several more times, i gather you believed that the type of item you enchant determines the power of the enchantment. this is false, and is only affected by your skill and the soulgem/soul you use to create the enchant

Insightful Enchanter: Skill enchantments on armor are 25% stronger.
Corprus Enchanter: Health, magicka and stamina enchantments on armor are 25% stronger.

The game, that I am playing right now, disagrees with you.

the wording of the perks say "armor" gets the 25% stronger enchantment. armor = apparel in this case. the +25% applies to any apparel you enchant

Obviously a bug or oversight, but one that helps the player for a change (which is nice). Thanks cannabassassin, especially for just answering a simple question without being a massive douche.

Yeah armour just means 'not weapons' since those can;t go on weapons
